Dr. Douglas Lonnstrom

A professor of finance and statistics, Dr. Lonnstrom served six years as head of the Quantitative Business Analysis Department at Siena College. He also served as Siena's Dean of Business for seven years. Prior to joining Siena, he was vice president and statistician for an economic consulting firm and manager of finance and statistics for Tenneco in Houston. Dr. Lonnstrom has a Ph.D. in urban and environmental studies from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MBA in economics from Siena College, and a B.A. in mathematics from Drew University. He is a member of the American Statistical Association (ASA) and the Association for University Business and Economic Research (AUBER), and the American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR).
